John Greyson (1960-) is a Canadian director, writer, video artist, producer, and political activist, whose work frequently deals with LGBTQ themes. His best-known films include "Lilies" (1996) and "Zero Patience" (1993). Greyson is a film production professor at York University in Toronto, Ontario.
